Calling all crafty people!
I'm bored senseless since I'm not working and I need something to kill the time, like a hobby. I'm going to start making jewelry, but I need other ideas. I'm not very creative though so I need easy tasks!!!!
Any good ideas?

I really should go to the library more...I buy lots of DVDs and books. I want to start making stuff though...maybe I could pick up a craft book at the library? ;)

My best friend has gotten into knitting scarfs. She loves it and gives them away all the time. Now she is working on a sweater.
I am a scrapbook dork. Within the past 2 years I have been the biggest dork with making scrapbooks. I bought a bunch of picture boxes to store all my pictures and organized them with naming them. Then I started to make scrapbooks from each year during college. Then all the cool trips I have been.
I know big loser with no time!!! But I am so glad that I have done it.

Hey, I'm an artsy fartsy craft girl as well.... have you tried rubber stamping? I make some neat note cards and stuff like that.
Or what about sewing? I make my nieces and nephews little tote bags, and curtains and other fun things.

I'm all into the jewelry type stuff, but recently I've fallen in love with silk-screening. Not only can you put whatever you want on a shirt (my selection of election shirts had people crying they were laughing so hard), but you can silk-screen anything on just about anything.
I wanted to try silk painting, but I would need far more space than I have right now - I guess if I ever really, really want to try silk painting, I could find a studio...

I do cross stitch, needlepointing...I just made some felt Xmas ornaments. I also paint pottery at a studio nearby. I love crafty stuff!
