Why am I being emailed everytime someone posts?

These emails originally were going to my spam box, but now they are going to my regular inbox. I updated my profile twice and checked that I didn't want to be emailed when someone reply's to a thread I am part of, but I am still getting emails. I am assuming there is a problem with the site? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, other people have complained about the same problem. It's an issue with the website that we're in the process of trying to resolve.
