What up yo! (ok, I can't really pull that off)

Hi to everyone that remembers me! For those of you that don't know, I'm the one that pops in for a month or so, then I'm out for another month or two.

For those of you that get to post everyday, how do you do it? As much as I'd like too, I just can't find the time every day.

It's simple. I sit at a desk all day. I have boring work.

What do you do that prevents you from being here every day?

I can do it because I sit at a desk and answer phone calls all day I just post between calls (and aparently when I am signed off of the phone because I forgot to turn myself back on after break, Thats gonna be a funone to explain.)

Yeah, Simoneb, welcome back, though I never talked to you either. I'm the same, one very unfaithfull qlc-er, this is the first day in months i've posted again. Not making any promises, but i'm back for the moment.
I guess I didn't have much to write about, still don't, but I'm willing to write about nonsense from now on too.
This is not the right thread to ask, but is anyone up for a Poetry-and other Creative Writing-thread or even a whole Forum (there's a Politics one, so why not a Poetic one?)??.
I bet there's a lot of people on this board who have made up great creations of their own and I'm curious to read them. Also, I found, in QLC-terms, once normal journal-writing didn't seem to always do the trick in expressing myself, poetry did.
We could even do a story-thread, wouldn't that be cool, everyone writing a page and see where the story goes.
Okay, at the risk of criticism and such, I will dump the first one on you. My poems are usually in dutch, so I won't bore you with those, but here's an english one. It's very sentimental, but... owh, I'll let you make up your own mind about it hey.. Here goes

"By the bog at night"
... where boredom lies
and silver skies
and butterflies
beyond

that's where I'll ponder
over yonder
on her weary eyes

and for a while
I'll keep her smile
and hold it in my heart

and feel her comfort
good and still
until we drift apart

She'll kiss my brow
and then somehow
will disappear from sight

and darkness fall
I'll hear her call
that echoes in the night

forever blessed I am
forever in your arms
forever as for ever will
I'll hold you in my memory still
and count your many charms

and come the day
i'll go astray
when weary of it all
the pain, the cold,
the suffering
my mother angel
spread her wing
and catch me when I fall

pisces- I'm a background investigator and do a lot of field work during the day. Either that or I'm furiously typing up reports.

ok, let's see, I'm a background investigator, drive a WRX, love to ski, play acoustic guitar, and sing. I'm serious when I need to be, but prefer to be goofy and weird. Here's what I look like:

got it...ill try to stick to em's just lose it...but i may have to try another song, unless you have a song that you want me to parody :)
