boss doesn't know how to do business

Right now I have two women sitting in my office because they have a meeting with my boss. My boss is not even in the building right now. These women have been waiting for TWENTY-FIVE minutes. Not only is my boss being rude and inconsiderate, but this is just bad business. It drives me crazy to watch my employers make such obvious mistakes.

Reminds me of last nights, "My big fat obnoxious boss". He sets up the male team to golf with him, and he never shows up. THey were livid.

Some of the engineers have flaked on client meetings before too. It really does reflect so badly on everyone.

Some bosses are totally clueless.

My boss thinks everyone loves him but in all reality everyone thinks he is a complete JOKE. Then when i hint at employee disgust and has the nerve to tell me that i need to be "more comfortable in my own skin." ARE u kidding me??? This guy is so awk that he sweats when talking to women.
