I thought you might also be interested in this. This group would be considered a therapy group. Contact Amy at 703-522-7710 for more information. It should be a fun group!
Are you a young man or woman in the period of life between school and becoming a "grown up"? If you are, join others to speak openly about what it is like to balance career, friends, family, romance, finances, health and fitness, and overall well being. The world may be your oyster but new responsibilities, options and decisions cause many people to feel directionless and lost. You'll learn that you are not alone.
Begins November 7th 2002,$15, Thursdays, 7-9 pm.
Amy Clay and Kai Boggess co-facilitate.

Glad to learn of your interest. The Arlington Center for Well Being's group is actually reopening for new members. You would actually first have to come in for a interview with me to discuss the group and it's purpose. Please call 703-522-7710 (mailbox #8) or e-mail me at amyclay123@hotmail.com to schedule an appointment. I hope this group is a good match for you!
