Hey all - I was just wondering if there were any Quarter Life Crisis-ers in New Jersey or Connecticut. I grew up in NJ and moved to CT a year ago to live with my bf. We broke up a month ago and I am now on my own and trying to meet people in the same boat as me (or at least in a different boat in the same waters). /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Hey, I live in CT as well and I just broke up with a boyfriend who I have been with over 7 yeras. It's a very difficult situation seeing as it is hard to meet quality guys! Where abouts do you live?

Hi ~ sorry it's taken me so long to respond, haven't been around. I currently live in Stratford right now, but am moving back to NJ soon. Where are you?

Its kind of funny but your situation is almost EXACTLY the same as mine. After finishing school, I moved to CT with my girlfriend, we lived gother for one year and we broke up, so I was faced with moving back home (NJ) or to philly (and being broke for a while) I ended up moving to philly. I never liked living in CT, too suburban for me and too expensive.

Where in CT were you living? I guess after living in Philly, living in the suburbs takes a bit of getting used to. I grew up in the suburbs in NJ and when I first moved to CT was living more in a woodsy area ~ saw deer every morning. I liked living in CT, because I've always liked the state, but I agree with the "too expensive" statement. I live in the most expensive county in NJ and moved to the most expensive county in CT to find it was about twice as expensive as where i am. (i hope that made sense) How are you doing back in Philly?
