I like to watch the auditions, as for when you get to watch and cast your vote, I'll just catch that whenever.

Personally I think only Kelly Clarkson is the best AI there is. I haven't been a fan of any of the others.

Sorry, but I think AI is everything that is wrong with the music industry. Sorry for the jaded response.

What ever happened to Fantasia? If she's got a single or 2 out there, we'd never know... doesn't get played here!

Do you guys get Kalan Porter, Canadian Idol down there? I think his single is called "something more",,, or... something.

luv him or hate him, Simon Cowell is the funniest bastard I have ever seen and definitely my favorite judge. Sure beats the Oz Idol judges. Can't wait to hear more of his true yet harsh comments at the contestants.

My personal favorite:

Contestant: "Which part didn't you like?"
Simon: "The beginning, middle and end!"
Contestant: "Can you say that again?" (or something lame along those lines)

OK so do you guys think that only people with lots of issues go onto this show and audition to embarrass themselves on TV? Do you think a lot of those who audition are staged or are they really serious? I am hoping it is the first one.

I think many audition knowing they are gonna embarass themselves simply coz they wanna be on TV not that that is bad since it provides us with entertainment but some of them should really realise they they do suck and stop being in denial! Good thing Simon's there to hit em' with the truth.

So yeah, I would have to agree with you on that first option.

Well the last one last night, Mary Roach, she seemed staged. Either that or she is a really hated person in her community and people were telling her she is great to embarass her even more. But my boyfriend and I actually felt kinda bad for that really overweight girl with the scratches in black who cried with her mother after she did really bad. I liked seeing those two girls who thought their s&*t didn't stink get knocked down many notches by the judges. And that one guy, who we didn't know what language he was singing in, definately had narcisstic personality disorder LOL.

Staged or not, these people go through initial auditions, so those judges are letting some really flamboyant bad singers by on purpose. I also have to imagine some people try to be as bad as possible to be on tv, or have an act, in hopes of making it big, similiar to William Hung.

Regardless, I love it, every second. Whether or not it's fake or real, it's entertaining!

Yea, I'm on of those who watch the auditions, but when it comes to voting time...meh.... what else is on? THen the final 3 weeks or so, I watch again.

So tonight the boys are competing. Any "predictions" on who will win it? Do any of you actually vote LOL? I want to see the girls. I don't care who wins as long as it is not that annoying girl from Las Vegas, the cheerleader who sang to Simon. I don't know what it is but something about her just rubs me the wrong way..........You can read up on everyone at the site which is located at www.idolonfox.com.
