Hey all,

Family guy is coming back. Thank god I can stop watching re-runs in may. Don't get me wrong, I love the show. I just want more of it. It's great. I love the insults and cutaways.

Best episode ever is when Peters get Joe to do the hanciap olympics. Joe wants to quit and Peter gives him that speech about G.W. Bush quitting.. Did George Bush quit after he lost the popular vote? NO!, Did he quit when he lost all of his father's friends money in bankrupt oil companies? NO!, Did he quit when he got that girl pregnant? NO!, I forget the rest but you get the idea..

Yeah i am SO happy there will be new episodes. I've seen them all at least 5 times. i like the episodes where stewie and brian take road trips.

have you seen the previews for their other show, American Dad? that starts tonight. I think i'll catch that, but i just seems like another version of family that might not be as good

I think it will work. I think they were advertising for it about a year ago and then put it on the shelf for some reason... Oh well..

I can't believed they cancelled Family Guy and then decided to uncancel it. Wonder if that has happened before.

Dear Stupid Dog,
I've gone to live with the children on Jolly
Farm. Good-bye forever, Stewie. P.S.- I never got a chance to return that
sweater Lois gave me for Christmas, I left the receipt on top of my bureau. I'm
probably over the 30-day return limit, but I'm sure if you make a fuss they'll
at least give you a store credit or something. It's actually not a horrible
sweater, it's just I can't imagine when I would ever wear it, you know? Oh and I
also left a button on the bureau, um I'm not sure what it goes to but um I, I
can never bring myself to throw a button away, I know as soon as I do, I'll find
the garment it goes to and then it'll, wait a minute actually could it have been
from the sweater? Did that sweater have buttons? Hmm. Well I should wrap this up
before I start to ramble. Again good-bye forever. PPS- You know what, it might
be a little chilly in London, I'm actually going to take the sweater.

I cannot tell you how hard I laugh at this show sometimes. It has a few select moments that make me laugh until I cry. Who can forget when Stewie was breastfed by Peter, and that horrible, shocked look on his face? It's really an extremely funny show, even if it is a little irreverent!

American Dad has some amazing potential, based on the first episode. It also had some very funny moments that were very similar to Family Guy. We'll see where it goes in the future.

Yeah, I can't wait for Family Guy...it's one of the few shows (if not the only show) that got resurrected after such a long layoff...I can't think of any right now...I think Perfect Strangers had about a year long hiatus, but this was more like 3 years

Great show...can't wait for the new episodes. If anyone is bored at work, go to listentoamovie.com. This was a website recommended by a fellow poster. You can listen to entire episodes of The Family Guy among other shows and movies. I know you miss the visual but you have to admit the dialogue and quotes are the best. I literally sit here with my headphones on and just random laugh out loud listening to the show. Good times...

Now that I think about it, there was another TV show called Step By Step that got cancelled or put on a very long hiatus, only to be brought back for one more season later on. Great show, actually. And Suzanne Somers...well, she wasn't too bad on the eyes either, back then.
