Okay I hate to be a Devil's advocate but there is this amazing message board filled with fitness pros (that helped me a lot when i first started working out)

They have a separate forum for women's fitness in case anyone's interested.

They have a separate forum for women's fitness in case anyone's interested.

I don't think we were looking for fitness experts, per se, but more of am encouragement area & a centralized area for discussions. But, we've pretty much moved such discussions to the Life section.

We are gonna have a Fitness Challenge starting April 1 if anybody has not yet read about it. Check it out in the Life area
