I'm starting to look for employment after my job, and I'm thinking of questions to ask on my phone interview tomorrow (this is a bit bigger than a normal phone interview because I'm actually going to be talking with the department head rather than some HR person), since they always ask you in the end if you have questions, and if you don't, you're pretty much screwed. Anyone have any ideas? This job is catastrophe modeling for the insurance industry, so it may be a bit on the sciency side.
