How many of you have gotten a job through your resume being up on careerbuidler/monster/hotjobs/jobing, etc. Or, have you responded to a job posting on one of these sites and gotten a job, not just an interview.

A recruiter found my resume on monster.com and I actually ended up getting a job through them. I've also got a few phone calls from people who have found my resume on monster.com and my school's job bank.

I've had the most luck with Monster. And by that I mean one full interview for a car-salesman job (as I was trying to get an IT job) and a few phone calls that went no where. But thats better than anything else on the net.
Monster Networking is pretty good, I've made a bunch of contacts there who have given some good advice.

I got my current job via monster.com. I submited my resume to the job posting. I was contacted 3 weeks later for interviews.
