I have to rave about this snack I just discovered. Garlic Pita chips! They also come in other flavors.
One serving has 130 calories and 2 grams of fat and they taste unbelievable!! They are better than regular chips, IMO.
Anyway, check them out!

I think I've had these, and you're right, they're great.
My problem is that I can easily eat the whole bag in one sitting. So it's more like 1,300 calories :googly:

I actually eat them with something else that will make me full. Like, I make this bean soup that is pretty thick (almost like a dip) and I eat them with the bean soup.
Yeah, its probably not a good idea to eat them alone because they won't fill you up and they are so delicious that you keep eating.

Sounds good!

You can make these too. Cut pita in wedges, pull apart if it's a split pita, and either brush with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray, and sprinkle on garlic powder (or any herb or seasoning really). Bake on a cookie sheet until crisp.

i love stacey's pita chips - sea salt & texarkana hot are my faves. trader joes has them too. i've made my own, but they never taste as good as stacey's.
