I found this article early this morning...and thought it would be great for ALL of us, not just those in the fitness challenge, which starts today!!! Good luck participants!

Thanks - I'm not in the challenge, but I liked the article. I've found that enjoying cooking is one serious way to help with a healthy diet; it's so easy (for me) to fall into the trap of sitting down with a box of crackers or a bag of tortilla chips or anything, and find that it's done 20 minutes later. Then I feel like crap, and any thoughts of a healthy evening have evaporated. Forcing myself to cook a good dinner = feeling much better all around.
Pisces, were you up all night??

Yes, being a moderator is a 24/7 job. I never sleep.
Kidding...but I napped at my boyfriend's house, then got home and was WIRED, so I stayed up til 5am, slept til 7, then got to work by 830. Good times. I have a slight headache though...

Oh my GOd!! I can't do the no sleep thing. I become an insane psycho bitch. I mean I haven't been sleeping well lately and I can tell I'm becoming wierd.....think that's part of the reason I passed out yesterday.

Strangely enough, I'm pretty cheery too. How are you feeling, Paige?

I feel tired.
I was actually going to cancel my appt, cause I feel like I've taken off so much time for going to the doc(since normal wait time to see my doc is 2+ hours) and I'm going to see Kirk in a week so I'll be taking vacation time then, too.
But my mom drove down and apparently I really freaked out my parents, so I'm going to the damn doctor. My dad thinks it's just my anemia that is affecting me & kept calling me to tell me to eat a steak & some spinach  I kept telling him that I don't like eating red meat, I never have really.
Ironically, I get to work today & 2 people called in sick(including my boss) and another co-worker has a doctor's appt the same time I do. So my department is pretty dead today.

Yea, I read that and then went to the link to the article about it. Maybe that will motivate me to find a guy - I think that might be the first step to improving my sex life!

This is totally the motivation I need to get my bf to exercise with me. (but then he tries to do the cop out "but if we have sex that's exercise")
