I'm having to force feed myself bigger meals, so as to not pass out again, and I'm already annoyed. Maybe seeing what y'all are eating will help me out :bigger:
B-Multigrain Cheerios, Orange Juice, Banana
S-Rice Cake w/ Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
L-Salad w/Snap Peas, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Tomatoes, Asparagus, & Roast Beef slices & a not so yummy strawberry smoothie

well today I had a bowl of yogurt with strawberries and splenda
and in an hour I am going to go eat a grilled chicken ceasar salad that I made at home. I really really want a glass of sweet tea with it, but I am gonna suck it up and have a bottle of water

B - eggebeaters OR whole grain cheerios OR whole wheat english muffin with natural peanut butter and always fruit
L - turkey sandwich, and some kind of fruit and/or veggie
I try to snack on fruits, veggies, cheese, hard-boiled egg (whites only usually), hummus in between

no wonder I'm getting a tummy, you guys barely eat anything:
B: Salami and Cheese sandwich + 2 cups coffee
L: Leftover meatloaf and pasta
D: French Fries and fish sticks (deep fried in my own personal fryer)

Thats because we are in the middle of a Fitness Challenge and are trying to eat healthy! :)

I actually feel like I eat a lot but that's because it's so spaced out throughout the day.

Haven't eaten yet and I am dying. I have a lean cuisine in the microwave cooking. The store had a special...$1 each. I did have some beef jerky earlier in the day.

You guys make me look TERRIBLE.
Breakfast--black coffee and a soft pretzel
Lunch (and I use the term loosely)--chocolate peanut butter egg
Mid-afternoon snack--three frozen waffles
For dinner I will probably have a bagel and minestrone soup.
Believe me, you don't have to tell me how bad this is. :googly:

I couldn't eat that much heavy food in one day, my stomache couldn't take it. Though I do love me some salami. These days I eat Turkey Salami, and it's pretty yummy.

B--plain yogurt w/ strawberries and a bit of whipped cream (makes the yogurt taste better--FYI to Tina!)
S--nut and dried fruit mix
I got up at 1 pm today, so there won't be a lot of food eaten today.

I am eating a reduced-fat trader joe's southwest salad. Its so yummy! I highly recommend buying them. Only 135 calories and 4 grams of fat!

I think it's kinda funny we're posting what we're eating here and in our team's thread.
But I had a side caesar salad and spinach dip at Champps today, mmm. I was kinda bad with the dip, oops.
