The Custodian Busted Me!!!

So after 2 days of eating acording to the diet given to me for Hypoglycemia(basically the diabetic diet), I broke & went to buy a hamburger, french fries, and a Large Dr. Pepper. I ate it while at my desk, and threw the wrapper & leftover french fries in the trash.

Damn Custodian, just walked in to change my trash bag & goes "The French Fries are going to kill you. Your young & a pretty girl, you know you should be eating the way your doctor told you"....... :redface:

This is what I get for telling my coworkers what my doctor said.

I promised Joe(custodian) that I'd eat healthy from now on.

Yeah Im diabetic and the first few years I actually watched what I ate closely but now I dont as much. Plus the longer you deal with it the better you understand your body. Im still in good health and I do take care of myself. Its definately good to eat right so that you dont have health problems later but a little something now and then wont kill you.

Bio- I know it' funny. The thing that sucks is that Joe is such a soft spoken little older mexican man that I was kind of shocked that he even paid attention to what was up with me, it was like "Aw, I let him down"

Yeah I can understand how you feel you let him down...its like you never know who is really paying attention to you until something like this happens! Its usually the quiet ones though
