    Thanks for your reply regarding my "Moving out against mom's wishes" post. I wanted to follow up with you to find out where the discount furniture stores you mentioned are. $1000 furniture package sounds great b/c I've seen those prices for bed, dresser and nightstand alone. Any stores you know of in Brooklyn or Manhattan would really help.

    Also, thanks for making the connection re. that position at your job. Your supervisor contacted me, but it was for a position somewhere upstate or in Westchester, so the commute would've been impossible. But I landed on my feet (thank God) and I'm very grateful.
