Odd job interview question

Well, not sure if you remember I took a poll three weeks ago on what creative thank you idea to do... well I did the shoe and it worked. Back for interview #2. But I was given a heads up that I will be asked about my thoughts on personal responsibility and owning because there is a big edict in their marketing group about taking responsibility and owning up. What are some good ways to answer this question?? Should I give an example of a time I had to own up to something in the workplace?

Thanks!!!

If it were me, I'd focus more on how you handle responsibility & shy away from talking about a situation that you "owned up" to. I can't help but think that describing a situation where you 'owned up' is just a ploy to see if you screw up often

IMO, answer with the following outline:

A. Your thoughts on personal responsibility
B. The impact personal responsibility has on co-workers, the company, & clients
C. How you integrate personal responsibility into your work
D. Specifically what aspects of personal responsiblity you will bring to the company.
