Reason for Leaving...

I left my job a few months ago for medical reasons/personal issues. What should I put in this section of applications?

Write something about "took time off to take care of an ailing family member". I think if you put it's your own medical issue, companies will "worry". If you put "personal" issue they may think you are crazy, or you got fired. It's really hard IMO to justify this stuff if you up and quit a job or got fired.
