Is it too late?

When cleaning my car the other day I found a thank you note to a recruiter that I thought had been mailed in September. Is 3 months too late to send it? If not, should I send the note that was written a few days after discussing a job opportunity or should I rewrite the note mention and mention why it's so late? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well its not exactly to late, but I wouldn't send the original thank you note. Instead I would take advantage of the holiday season and send a holiday card. Wish her a happy holiday season and as a side note say you realized that you may have forgotten to thank her for her assistance a few months ago and are terribly embarrassed and wish to extend your gratitude. Sign the card and you should be good to go.
