Oatmeal Apple Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups ----- oats
3/4 cup ----- almond flour
1/2 cup ----- wheat germ
1 tablespoon ----- cinnamon
2 teaspoons ----- baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ----- nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ----- ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ----- salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup ----- almond milk
1/3 cup ----- molasses (honey is a potential substitute)
1 teaspoon ----- vanilla
1 apple diced (I used granny smith)
1/2 cup ----- chopped almonds
1/2 cup ----- cranberries
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet
In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: oats through salt
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla
Slowly combine the contents of each bowl and be sure to mix evenly
Add the diced apples and chopped almonds
Scoop the batter onto your prepared baking sheet(s) leaving 2 inches between each cookie. Flatten the batter slightly
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the centers are slightly firm to touch
Cool on the pan or on a wire rack
